Construction: Composed of a tray, crossbeam, balance nut, scale, pointer, blade, base, dividing scale, travel code, weights, etc. The balance beam is supported by a pivot (axis) at the center of the beam, forming two arms. Each arm is hung or supported by a plate, with one plate (usually the right plate) containing a known weight object (weight) and the other plate (usually the left plate) containing an object to be weighed. The weight moves on the scale. When the pointer fixed on the beam does not swing and points to the center scale, or when the amplitude of the left and right swing is small and equal, the sum of the weight of the weight and the position indication of the weight indicates the weight of the object to be weighed.
How to use the balance

1. It should be placed in a horizontal position. The game code needs to be reset to zero.

2. Adjust the balance nuts (nuts at both ends of the balance) to zero until the pointer aligns with the central scale line.

3. Place the weighing object on the left tray and the weight on the right tray. According to the characteristics of the weighed object, it should be placed on a glass container or clean paper. The mass of the glass container or paper should be weighed on the same level, and then the substance to be weighed should be weighed.

4. Add weights starting from the larger value of the estimated weight and gradually decreasing. Can a tray scale only weigh? Jealous? 0.1 grams. Add or subtract weights and move the float on the ruler until the pointer aligns with the central scale line again.

5. Objects that are too cold or too hot should not be weighed on a balance. It should be placed in a dryer at room temperature before weighing.

10. If the weight rusts, the measurement result may be underestimated; If the weight wears out, the measurement result will be biased.
Usage precautions:

1. Move the game code to the 0 mark and adjust the balance nut to balance the balance left and right.

2. Place weights on the right and objects on the left.

3. Weights cannot be held by hand, they must be picked up with tweezers. When using the balance, the QR code cannot be moved by hand.

4. Objects that are too cold or too hot should not be weighed on a balance. It should be placed in a dryer at room temperature before weighing.

5. Adding weights should be done from large to small, which can save time.

During the weighing process, do not touch the balance nut again.

If the weight is placed upside down from the object to be weighed, the mass of the object being weighed will be greater than its actual weight.
