The host of the 6015 rotary compactor includes a large-sized touch control screen, hydraulic motor power system, electronic control system, automatic demoulder, etc. It is an independent intelligent instrument that does not require other external auxiliary equipment.
During the process of compacting the specimen, the instrument automatically records the pressure, height, rotation angle, and other data for each circle, and stores them in memory. Users can easily store the data on a USB drive, print it directly, or download it to a computer for analysis. The GyroPave asphalt mixture analysis software designed based on Excel makes it easy for designers to get started.
The 6015 rotary compactor has been calibrated before shipment and can be used directly in the laboratory. It can compact asphalt samples according to height or rotation times, and conveniently set the required compaction pressure, rotation times, compaction height and other parameters through the control screen.
