The G22 Total Phosphorus Rapid Analyzer (Water Quality Analysis) is a cost-effective water quality testing equipment newly launched by Greencaire in 2019. It uses sealed catalytic digestion and then measures by colorimetric method. The instrument is equipped with a cold light source, narrowband interference technology, and a microcomputer for automatic data processing, directly displaying and printing the concentration value of the sample. The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch full-color LCD screen and a flat UI design interface, which allows for a more intuitive display of detection data. Detection Principle

The G22 type total phosphorus rapid analyzer is developed and designed based on the "Determination of Total Phosphorus in Water Quality - Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method". It uses a closed digestion tube and potassium persulfate as an oxidant to convert all phosphorus containing compounds in the sample into phosphate ions at 125 ℃. Then, under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to generate phosphomolybdic acid, which is reduced by the reducing agent ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. The total phosphorus detection item is selected by colorimetric method. The imported cold light source emits a light source signal to the sensor, and the data is processed by RAM processor for direct feedback of the sample concentration value, which is displayed in mg/L.
