Product Details

Product Introduction

Online algae analyzer(Algae Online AnalyserIt is a real-time in-situ detection device specialized in classifying various types of algae and quantitatively detecting their concentrations. The online algae analyzer can achieve:

Classify algae, quantitatively detect the concentration and activity of each category, including green algae, blue-green algae, diatoms/dinoflagellates, and cryptic algae. Users can add the types of algae (up to 8 types of algae)

Detecting chlorophyllaThe total concentrationAlgae classification and counting can be achieved through softwareDetermine the activity of chlorophyll in the sense of photosynthesis

Compared to traditional cultivation and microscopic detection methods, online algae analyzer analysis is faster(3Analyzing a sample in minutes is easy to operate, greatly reducing the workload of algae analysis and effectively reducing human errors.

The online algae analyzer has * detection reliability, and the detection results are consistent with classical methodsHPLCCompared to analytical methods, there is a correlation of *R2 >0.93).

Detection Principle

Algae with similar composition of photosynthetic pigments have similar response fluorescence spectra to excitation light of multiple set wavelengths. Due to the presence of characteristic pigments, there are significant differences in the fluorescence spectra of different groups of algae. Based on the characteristic spectra and intensities of each algae, algae can be classified and their concentrations can be quantitatively detected.
