Equipment Overview
In order to improve the quality of milk powder and protein powder, and extend the shelf life of the contents of the cans, our company's technical personnel have developed and researched a new generation of equipment based on the actual needs of customers, which includes automatic entry and exit of cans, automatic vacuum suction, automatic nitrogen filling, and automatic can sealing, on the basis of a single station automatic can sealing machine. The filled cans are sent to the sealing machine head by the can feeding claw. When the can support mechanism is raised, the sealed container is sequentially vacuumed, nitrogen filled, and the first and second seals are performed. After the cans are sealed, they are pushed down by the capping mechanism and pushed onto the conveyor belt by the can feeding mechanism.
The main electrical components use Mitsubishi's PLC, frequency converter, and proximity switch from Japan, Siemens' analog output from Germany, and electromagnetic valves from South Korea. The entire production speed can be set on the touch screen according to requirements, and all common faults are automatically reported with corresponding fault causes and locations. Based on the severity of the fault, the PLC automatically determines whether the host can continue to operate or shut down.
The whole machine has the advantages of beautiful appearance, smooth operation, stable vacuum and nitrogen filling values, and high degree of automation. The main working parameters can be operated on the touch screen, and the entire production process is carried out in a sealed room, which meets the hygiene requirements of food production.
