2. Scope of application

Mainly used as an instrument for air drying and drying various samples such as soil and sediment in environmental laboratories; The system effectively improves the efficiency of environmental soil drying through air drying mode, and ensures that the samples are clean and avoid cross contamination during the drying process, greatly saving the labor intensity and working time of experimental personnel.

2Technical indicators

2.1The drying principle uses air vortex disturbance technology to simulate indoor air flow for drying soil samples;

2.2The sample room should have multiple independent sample rooms to separate and dry soil samples to avoid cross contamination. Each sample room should have a transparent observation window;

2.3The dry air temperature range of the system is 35 ± 5 ℃;

2.4This system has 24 independent compartments to separate samples and prevent cross contamination between samples. It can dry 24 samples simultaneously;

2.5The sample compartment is made of stainless steel to avoid chemical corrosion and adsorption of organic matter, making it easy to clean;

2.6The sample compartment is equipped with an observation window, which facilitates the observation of the status of the test sample at any time;

2.7The sample compartment has a capacity of 200 * 120 * 300 millimeters in length, width, and height, and can hold trays. It is suitable for ordinary samples, as well as wet mud from rivers, lake bottoms, and high water content samples;

2.8The gas source requires the use of air purification technology. The air is purified through a filter layer and adsorbed by a catalytic activated carbon layer to produce clean air, preventing secondary pollution to the sample caused by unclean dry air;

2.9By using PTC heating and constant temperature technology, the dried and purified air is heated, which improves the efficiency of sample drying;

2.10Adopting a design of two long and one short air tubes, the airflow passes evenly, ensuring that the sample dries evenly and quickly.

2.11The instrument is equipped with a vacuum pump noise absorption device, which can effectively reduce vacuum pump noise pollution and dissipate heat for the vacuum pump.
