The liquid is transported to the high-pressure nozzle by a high-pressure pump, and under the action of the nozzle, it disperses into rotating hollow droplets. The droplets come into contact with the hot air transported by the air supply fan and quickly exchange heat, causing the water to evaporate rapidly and dry into granular products in a very short time. Under the action of gravity, most spherical particles are separated by a cyclone separator and collected at the lower end of the separator. The secondary products are collected by a bag filter or a foam filter, and the exhaust gas is discharged by an exhaust fan.
