Stainless steel positive pressure filterThe troubleshooting process:
Fault diagnosis:
Observe whether the equipment has obvious damage, leaks, or abnormal noise.
Check the pressure gauge and flow meter on the dashboard to confirm if there are any abnormal readings.
If significant deviations are found between the operating parameters of the equipment and the normal working parameters, the equipment should be immediately stopped and prepared for maintenance.
Stop device operation:
Slowly reduce the system pressure and turn off the feed pump.
Close all inlet and outlet valves to ensure stable internal pressure of the equipment.
Disconnect the power supply to ensure safety.
Check the filter bag:
Open the filter cartridge cover and remove the filter bag.
Check if the filter bag is damaged, clogged, or worn.
Choose to clean, replace, or blow back the filter bag according to the situation.
Check the sealing and connecting components:
Check the sealing ring of the filter cartridge cover to confirm if there is aging, damage, or incorrect installation.
Check all connecting pipes and joints to confirm if they are loose, corroded, or damaged.
Check valves and control devices:
Check the valves on the filter to ensure they can be opened and closed properly.
Check if the control system is working properly, including pressure sensors, timers, etc.
Check the pump and motor:
If an external pump is used, check the working condition of the pump to confirm that there are no abnormal noises or vibrations.
Check the electrical connections and insulation performance of the motor to ensure there is no risk of short circuit or leakage.
System cleaning:
Clean the residue and sediment inside and outside the filter.
Use appropriate cleaning agents to clean the equipment.
Reassembly and testing:
Reinstall all disassembled components in the correct order.
Ensure that all fasteners are securely fastened.
Reconnect the power supply and conduct a no-load test to observe whether the equipment can start and operate normally.
Operation monitoring:
After restarting, closely monitor the operating status and process parameters of the equipment.
Confirm that the equipment can operate stably under the predetermined working conditions.
Record and report:
Record the fault symptoms, maintenance process, and results.
If repetitive faults or systemic issues are found, they should be reported promptly and technical support should be sought.
Preventive measures:
Regularly maintain and inspect filters to reduce the probability of malfunctions.
Train operators to enhance their understanding of equipment usage and maintenance.
