Overview

The LG series stainless steel dry granulation machine adds the mixed materials into the feeding system through a hoist, and transports the materials through a conveying system to between two pressure wheels under high pressure by hydraulic pressure. The materials are pressed into thin sheets of appropriate hardness by the pressure wheels, and the thin sheets are cut into small pieces of appropriate size by a crushing system. The small pieces are then processed into the required particles through a two-stage granulation system to complete the granulation process.

The equipment uses roller control technology, which adjusts the physical fluctuations between different materials and different batches of the same batch of materials, allowing the process parameters of the drying granulator (such as processing capacity, flake density, roller pressure, speed, etc.) to be accurately and repeatedly adjusted, thereby efficiently producing high-quality particles and improving the stability, disintegration, and solubility of the particles. Equipment Process

Feeding method: According to the different properties and requirements of the materials, vacuum feeding and lifting feeding methods are used to add the powder into the granulator bin, and the feeding speed is controlled to maintain * with the granulation speed.

Production capacity: Each batch has a granulation capacity of 40-150kg (depending on the particle size of the discharged particles), and the feeding, pressing, crushing, and granulation of materials are achieved according to the set process parameters.

Equipment function: The granules obtained from granulation are screened by air flow and discharged as qualified granules. Unqualified granules are returned to the silo for 2 rounds of granulation;
