Product Features:
(1) High efficiency: The raw wine is passed through a secondary exchanger at room temperature of 25 ° C to 23 ° C and connected to a filtration system to maintain a stable temperature of around -8 ° C for continuous filtration, achieving effective turbidity removal and eliminating organic impurities. Processing 10-12 tons of frozen raw wine per hour, capable of continuously filtering over 100 tons of raw wine. Implemented frozen filtration and continuous scaling.
(2) Low energy consumption: continuously filtering 100m3 of raw wine, with a power consumption of 2.3kw/h to 5.5kw/h. Energy saving is significant, and as the amount of filtration increases, the cost of electricity consumption decreases. The main energy consumption of this unit is during the work preparation time, and the energy consumption during one preparation time decreases with the increase of one work filtration volume.
(3) The process is simple and easy to operate.
Two methods can be used: electrical control and intelligent computer control.
