The main body is composed of a compressor (IGV, diffuser, volute, rotating parts, seals, etc.), a gearbox, a drive system (motor+coupling and its cover), a lubricating oil circuit and base system, etc. Designed using the world-renowned Agile turbomachinery software from CN Corporation in the United States, and carefully crafted by industry experts, the rear curved ternary flow impeller has been analyzed using fully viscous CFD to ensure high compressor efficiency and a wide operating range. Using internationally advanced rotor dynamics and bearing design software DyRoBeS, finite element design analysis software is used to comprehensively analyze the strength, stiffness, mode, thermal stress, and other aspects of the core component impeller to ensure long-term stable operation of the rotor.
