Shock absorber piston fatigue testing machineIt is our company's latest independently developed series of new products. The ZC shock absorber piston fatigue testing machine is mainly designed for testing the tensile, compressive, low cycle, high cycle, crack propagation, fracture mechanics, and various other dynamic and static mechanical properties of metal materials and components such as shock absorber pistons and piston rods. Equipped with high and low temperature devices, high and low temperature tests can be conducted.
Advantages of shock absorber piston fatigue testing machine:
1. The host is a double column (electroplated) frame structure with servo linear actuators mounted on top. The outer surface of the double column is treated with electroplated hard chromium to further enhance its aesthetic appearance and improve its corrosion resistance.
2. The crossbeam adopts a hydraulic lifting, hydraulic clamping, and elastic release structure to ensure the stability and reliability of the test, while ensuring that the crossbeam remains locked and stationary in non test states. The shape of the crossbeam has a three-dimensional sense and is beautiful and elegant. The crossbeam lifting oil cylinder adopts products from the American sole proprietorship Yurenas, with a beautiful appearance and reliable quality. The hydraulic module for crossbeam movement is manufactured with zero leakage hydraulic components to ensure high reliability during high-frequency testing.
3. The clamping oil cylinder adopts a modular design, and the sealing element adopts imported products from Parker Corporation in the United States to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the testing machine.
4. The servo linear actuator is mounted on top, with a built-in LVDT displacement sensor from the Chinese Academy of Water Sciences and an external servo valve from the Aerospace 609 Research Institute.
