Overview

The GHY6F sheathed electric heater is a heater specially designed by our company to heat the lubricating oil inside the wind turbine gearbox based on imported heaters from abroad.

Product Details

GHY6F sheathed electric heater

GHY6FThe sheathed electric heater adoptsG2'The thread is connected to the gearbox, and due to the protective sheath of the heater itself, it has the characteristics of large heat dissipation area, fast heat transfer, long service life, and easy replacement and maintenance.

2.Due to the use of a sheathed heater, if the electric heating element is damaged, only the internal heating core needs to be replaced instead of the entire heater, greatly reducing the user's subsequent investment.

3.GHY6FThe surface load design of the series heater can be determined according to customer needs. Due to the harsh actual usage environment of wind turbine gearboxes, the surface load design of this model heater should be as close as possible to0.7tile/square centimetre.

4.Allowable error of working voltage: not greater than its rated value1.1Twice. The casing should be effectively grounded.

5.Working environment: Relative humidity not exceeding95%No explosive, flammable, or corrosive gases.

6.Heater material:All stainless steel.

7.Z high working temperature:200℃。

8.Work pressure: less than0.6MPa

9.Specifications and external dimensions: see the table below and attached drawings 4443

3、 Usage, maintenance and precautions:

1.Dimensions in the external dimension diagram“B”It must be completely immersed in the oil to avoid burning out the components.

2.The heated medium should be non corrosive.

3.When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced and then increased to the rated voltage after melting to prevent excessive heat concentration and reduce the service life of the components.

4.When carbon deposits are found on the surface of the heating tube, they must be removed completely before use to avoid reducing efficiency or even burning out the components.

5.Components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below after long-term storage1At megaohms, it can be200Dry in an oven at around ℃ for several hours (or apply low voltage to the components for several hours) to restore insulation resistance.
