It has the advantages of long lifespan, good insulation performance, strong mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. Precautions for using cast copper electric heating plate:
1. The working voltage of the cast copper electric heating plate shall not exceed 10% of the rated value; The relative humidity of the air is not greater than 95%, and there are no explosive or corrosive gases.
2. The wiring part of the cast copper electric heating plate should be placed outside the heating layer and insulation layer, and the shell should be effectively grounded; Avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, and moisture; The lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when tightening the wiring screws.
3. The cast copper electric heating plate should be placed in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1M Ω due to long-term storage, it can be baked in an oven at around 200 degrees Celsius for 5-6 hours to restore normal operation. Or reduce the voltage and apply heating until the insulation resistance is restored.
4. The cast copper electric heating plate should be properly positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be closely adhered to the heat receiving body. Empty burning is strictly prohibited. When dust or pollutants are found on the surface, they should be promptly cleaned before use to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
5. The magnesium oxide powder at the output end of the cast copper electric heating plate should be protected from pollutants and moisture infiltration in the usage area to prevent the occurrence of electric leakage accidents.
