Working Principle:
1. Insert the "eddy current hot film heat exchanger" radially into the bottom of the oil tank, with the heat medium (steam) flowing through the tube side and the oil flowing between the inner tubes of the shell side. The suction port of the shell is directly connected to the medium inside the tank.
2. A temperature control valve is installed at the steam inlet of the heat exchanger, and the steam inlet of the heat exchanger is controlled by detecting the temperature of the oil outlet through a temperature sensing probe, thereby ensuring a constant oil temperature.
The heat exchanger adopts high-efficiency heat exchange elements - vortex heat film tubes, which maintain the reasonable flow of oil between the tubes. The thermal efficiency is 3-5 times that of ordinary heat exchangers. Its enhanced heat transfer mechanism is: when the oil fluid flows on the inner and outer surfaces, it is designed to flow in turbulent flow, generating strong oscillation and scouring effects. The direction of flow constantly changes, and the high-temperature oil fluid that closely adheres to the surface of the tube wall is constantly replaced. The insulation layer becomes thinner and even destroyed, and the heat transfer on the metal surface is accelerated. The micro vortex of the fluid is strengthened, which enhances the internal heat diffusion of the oil fluid. It will not cause local high temperature overheating of the fluid close to the surface of the pipe wall, so the oil can be heated appropriately and sufficiently without the possibility of coking and decomposition. Compared with U-tube heat exchangers, under the same heat transfer area, the external dimensions of vortex heat film heat exchangers are only about half of those of U-tube heat exchangers.
10. Compared to electric heating methods, it is safer, heats more gently, and has less impact on oil quality.

1. After the heater has been running for a period of time (depending on the user's usage), the ignition plug should be unscrewed to clean the carbon deposits. If the ignition plug wire burns out, it should be removed and replaced with a new one.

2. If there is too much carbon deposition, causing a decrease in thermal efficiency, the carbon deposits on the inner wall of the water jacket and the combustion chamber should be cleaned.

3. If you find that the intake pipe, exhaust pipe, and drip pipe of the heater host are blocked by soil, please clean and unclog them in a timely manner. Please keep the heater compartment clean and do not place flammable debris around it.

4. Ensure the cleanliness of the fuel tank, oil pipe, and oil filter solenoid valve to prevent dirt from blocking the oil circuit.

5. Antifreeze suitable for the external ambient temperature should be used as the circulating heating medium in the heater circulation system.

6. The heater water pump should be regularly inspected according to the user's usage situation. If any leakage is found in the water seal component that plays a sealing role, or if the water pump is difficult to start and operate, it should be repaired in a timely manner.

7. The automatic control box, oil filter electromagnetic fan, and other electrical components on the heater host are maintained according to general low-voltage electrical maintenance methods. The performance parameters of the automatic control box have been carefully debugged by the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and users must not make unauthorized changes.

8. Ensure that the thermal control is in good condition and regularly check. If the micro switch is found to be malfunctioning or damaged, please replace it in a timely manner.

9. The main motor commonly used in heaters does not require maintenance after 5000 hours of use under normal circumstances. If it malfunctions due to prolonged use or other reasons, it should be inspected for carbon brush wear or bearing lubrication. If necessary, lubricating grease should be added or carbon brushes replaced.

10. During the warm season when the heater is not in use, please start it 4-5 times regularly and run it for about 5 minutes each time to ensure that the heater operates normally during the next use.
