2、 Potentiometer speed regulation instructions:
1. Current limit adjustment: CUR
The maximum output current of the drive board can be limited, and the potentiometer can be adjusted according to the rated current of the selected motor, so that the maximum output current of the drive board is 120% to 200% of the rated current of the motor
2. Torque compensation adjustment: IR COMP
The IR COMP potentiometer is used to adjust the motor's speed to remain constant under different loads.
3. Maximum output voltage adjustment: MAX
Adjusting this potentiometer can determine the maximum output voltage of the driver, with an adjustment range between 12V and 48V
3、 Instructions for wiring terminals:
1. Vin+-: DC power input terminal (note: the positive and negative wiring must be correct, otherwise it will burn out the governor).
2. Vout+-: Armature output terminal, connected to the motor armature terminal.
3. Control signal input terminal and start stop control: Use a 4.7K potentiometer for speed regulation, and use a switch to control the start stop of the power supply.
4、 LED indicator light description:
1. RUN: Work indicator light (green)
When the power supply outputs voltage normally, this indicator light is on
2. FAU: Short circuit protection indicator (red)
When an external short circuit occurs at the "+OUT -" output terminal of the driver, the driver will quickly stop outputting and light up the "short circuit protection indicator light"
