The screening ship with a tilt angle of 4 degrees is driven by a drive box, and its motion trajectory is horizontal circular motion at the feeding end, gradually becoming elliptical motion in the length direction, and finally becoming approximately reciprocating linear motion at the discharging end.
The material fed into the feeding port is uniformly distributed on the entire screen surface under the action of the circular motion of the screen body, and automatic grading is generated. Thus, the material with smaller particle size below the material layer is quickly sieved, while the material with larger particle size above moves towards the discharge end. During the movement, due to the lack of agitation and vertical jumping, the smaller particles remain tightly attached to the sieve surface and can be sieved at any time. The movement of the discharge end and sieve body becomes approximately reciprocating linear motion, gradually weakening the screening effect, causing particles larger than the sieve hole size to quickly move towards the discharge direction until they are discharged from the machine, completing the entire screening of the material. During the screening process, the constantly jumping elastic balls effectively prevent material from blocking the sieve holes, ensuring high efficiency of the sieve. The balance block of the transmission box balances the inertial forces in the front and rear directions during the movement of the sieve vessel, thereby ensuring the balance of the sieve movement.
