The cold and hot alternating impact test box is suitable for industries such as electronic and electrical components, automation parts, communication components, automotive parts, metals, chemical materials, plastics, defense industry, aerospace, military industry, BGA, PCB substrates, electronic chip ICs, semiconductor ceramic magnets, and polymer materials.
Used to test the degree to which materials can withstand extreme high and low temperature continuous environments in an instant, in order to detect chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction of products in the shortest possible time, and to confirm the quality of products.
The main features of the cold and hot alternating impact test chamber are:
1. It includes three parts: high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and testing zone. The test sample is placed in the testing zone and adopts a unique heat and cold storage structure. The tested object is completely stationary, completing the cold and hot temperature shock test;
2. Load wiring can be applied to test components through test holes;
3. Large color LCD touch dialogue microcomputer control system, simple and easy to understand operation, and clear operation status at a glance;
4. Fully enclosed imported compressor+environmentally friendly refrigerant, plate heat exchanger and binary ultra-low temperature refrigeration system;
5. Equipped with LAN network communication interface, it can be connected to a computer for remote control, making it easy to use;
6. It can independently set three different conditions: high temperature, low temperature, and thermal shock. When performing thermal shock conditions, it has the function of a high and low temperature testing machine;
7. It can automatically pre cool, preheat, and standby during the scheduled start-up time operation;
8. The cold and hot alternating impact test chamber can set the number of cycles and defrosting times, and automatically (manually) defrost;
9. The controller has a user-friendly human-machine interface, convenient program settings, and complete display functions for troubleshooting and troubleshooting.
