Design and customization prerequisites: Flat flange electric heating tubes are generally used in the working environment of heating liquids. Before customizing the design, customers need to inform us of the specific main components of the heated liquid and the ideal installation method so that we can set the cold zone of the flat flange electric heating tube. At the same time, they also need to inform us of the specific pressure level of the working environment, so that we can choose the diameter, wall thickness, and flange thickness of the heating tube for you.
1. Voltage and power
2. Pipe diameter, usually 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm
3. Flat flange: GB/T 9119-2010 plate welding steel pipe flange, commonly used sizes include: DN65-DN80-DN100-DN125-DN150-DN200-DN250, etc. Different flange standard sizes are selected according to different pressure pressures. Of course, in the design and production process, in order to reduce costs, the flange thickness may be changed without affecting the service life. Please consult the sales personnel for details.
4. Usually composed of 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 and other (usually multiples of 3) U-shaped pipes welded together on flanges using TIG argon arc welding
5. Material selection for tube shell: The main materials include 10 # carbon steel, SUS304, SUS321, SUS316L, SUS310S (commonly known as 2520), titanium tube, etc.
6. Selection of protective sheath for pipe shell: The surface of the metal pipe shell can be coated with anti-corrosion or anti scaling coatings, effectively enhancing its corrosion resistance and anti scaling performance.
7. Tube shell sheath process: liquid spraying and electrostatic powder spraying are available for selection. The heating tube coated with electrostatic powder directly solves many problems of PTFE sleeve heating tube and can completely replace it for better effect.
8. Flange material: 10 # carbon steel SUS304、SUS321、SUS316L
9. Junction box: ordinary fiberglass cover or explosion-proof cover available for selection
10. Material selection for electric heating wire: generally iron chromium aluminum wire (Beijing Shougang), nickel chromium wire (usually H140, 2080 resistance wire, etc.). The choice between these two depends on the customer's working environment (temperature and vibration).
