Overview

The LA-S plant image analyzer system (root+leaf analysis combination, high-resolution version) is used for plant root analysis, leaf area analysis, lesion area analysis, insect damaged leaf area analysis, leaf color analysis, crop canopy analysis, etc.

Product Details

Plant Image Analyzer SystemTechnical indicators:

Equipped with a dual light source color scanner with optical resolution of 9600 × 4800dpi and A4 extension. The reflection draft for scanning leaf area and root system is an A4 extended format (35.6 cm × 21.6 cm), with a transparent scanning format of 30 cm × 20 cm and a small pixel size of 0.0053mm × 0.0026mm. It is equipped with a 5-megapixel color imaging scanner; The auxiliary backlight board of a 10000mAH 12V portable power bank can provide 3 hours of outdoor auxiliary lighting. This field imaging background board has a large measurement area of A4 format and features automatic image correction and calibration.

Root analysis

1) Total root area;

2) Total volume of roots;

3) Root length;

4) Root average diameter;

5) Root tip counting;

6) Fork counting;

7) Overlap counting;

8) Root diameter grade distribution parameters;

9) Root tip segment length distribution;

10) Customizable segmented diameters at unequal intervals, automatically measuring the length, projected area, surface area, volume, and distribution parameters of each diameter segment;

11) Capable of conducting color analysis of root systems, determining the number of surviving roots, and outputting the diameter, length, projected area, surface area, and volume of roots of different colors;

12) It can perform topological analysis of the root system, automatically determine the number of connections, relationship angles, etc. of the roots, and can also automatically analyze the length and branching number of the main root or any lateral root separately. It can display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system separately (the number of grades and diameter range can be changed arbitrarily, and can be customized at different intervals), and can perform root branching, cutting, merging, connection and other corrections. The correction operation can be rolled back to quickly obtain 100% correct results;

13) The box dimension method can be used to automatically measure the fractal dimension of root systems. The proportion of rhizobium volume in the root system can be analyzed to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobium cells;

14) Large scale fully automated root analysis, with editing and correction of various analysis result graphs. Each analysis image, distribution chart, and result data can be saved, and the analysis results can be output to an Excel table, which can also output analysis marker charts;

15) An A4 sized light board can be used to take photos and analyze the root system.

16) Capable of large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution.

17) It can automatically measure parameters such as the thickness, length, arc length, and height of the stem, body, and beak of rapeseed, soybean, and other fruit pods. Can automatically measure the length of various grains. Can measure the leaf area, length, and thickness of various types of needles.

Leaf area analysis

1) Can simultaneously analyze the area of multiple leaves, the area of diseased spots, and the area of insect damaged leaves (including analyzing the area of insect damaged leaves with more than 2/3 of the leaves severely damaged by insects);

2) It can analyze the area of multiple blades simultaneously, and can analyze blades as small as 1mm2 with an analysis error of less than 0.5% and an analysis time of less than 2 seconds during measurement;

3) One click photography for measuring live leaf area in the wild;

4) It can automatically analyze and calculate the leaf area in large quantities, and verify its correctness by marking the target edge of the blade;

5) It can measure the relative chlorophyll content or "greenness" of plants, analyze leaf color (with colorimetric characteristics according to the RHS color chart of the British Garden Association), and analyze crop canopy.
