working principle
The working principle of a wet puffing machine is as follows: the material is fed into the conditioner through a speed regulating feeder, and steam is introduced into the conditioner for tempering treatment. At the same time, a certain amount of water is added for humidification, so that the material is matured and gelatinized, and a certain amount of water is added to reach 25% to 30%. Then, it enters the puffing system through a three-way bucket. The puffing system is divided into three working stages, namely the feeding section, the conveying section, and the forming section. It is mainly composed of a screw sleeve and a screw. The main motor is reduced by a belt and drives the screw shaft through the transmission box. The material first enters the feeding section of the puffing system, enters the conveying section in the feeding section, and then enters the forming section. Under the thrust of the screw, it is strongly squeezed and sheared, Zui is then extruded from the extrusion die, and the material is cut into qualified particles by a cutting system and a cutting knife. During the extrusion process of the expansion system, steam or cold water at a certain pressure is also introduced between the interlayer of the screw sleeve to keep the material warm or cool, preventing the material from burning due to too low a temperature that cannot meet the expansion requirements or too high a temperature.
