Oxidation coloring power supply

The AC/DC coloring power supply is a newly developed new generation coloring power supply by our company. This series of power supplies is mainly used for coloring the surface of aluminum alloys (aluminum profiles). With the formula of electrolytic coloring tank solution, various colors can be applied. This series of power supplies can output three voltage waveforms: DC, AC symmetrical sine wave, and AC asymmetrical sine wave. Users can choose according to their needs. Applying a direct current voltage in the coloring tank can play a role in enlarging the hole, making the coloring more uniform and reducing color difference. Communicating symmetric sine waves can make coloring slower, which is beneficial for lighter colors. Asymmetric sine waves (with smaller positive half waves and larger negative half waves) can make the coloring angle faster, which is beneficial for darker colors. Due to the effect of the above AC and DC voltages, the color is more uniform.
