This pressure stabilizing gas source controller consists of components such as a digital pressure gauge, precision pressure regulating valve, and gas storage tank.

2、 Instructions for use

Above the front panel is a ZUI precision level 1 digital pressure gauge with a large range of 1.0Mpa (please refer to the attached manual for adjusting the parameters of the digital pressure gauge), and the lower left corner is the precision pressure regulating valve; Adjust the pressure to the required value for ZUI final test.

The lower left corner of the front panel is the air inlet, which is connected to the air source output from the air compressor; The lower right corner is the air outlet, which is connected to a standard extruder or pneumatic extruder gun that requires a stable air source for testing.

3、 Usage of pressure regulating valve:

Rotate the knob clockwise to lower the outlet pressure, and counterclockwise to increase the outlet pressure.

When adjusting the pressure, the precision pressure regulating valve should be slowly and evenly rotated to the desired pressure value, and should not be adjusted in one step.
