Structural features:

1. In terms of insulation structure layout, based on the principle of 'distance effect' of transformer oil, multi-level insulation is adopted, and the internal insulation of the transformer is divided into multiple oil channels, thereby improving the insulation degree and reducing the volume.

2. To solve the problem of oil leakage in LE transformers, the TDM series transformers do not have oil reservoirs. Therefore, when the temperature is too high, the oil expands and leaks out from the oil nozzle. This series of products sets the oil injection hole at the top of the sleeve, and the oil in the sleeve is connected to the oil in the body of the transformer. So in addition to its functions of installing silicon stacks, short-circuit rods, and string rods, this sleeve also serves as a transformer oil reservoir.

3. The high voltage output end of the TDM series transformer is sealed with epoxy resin. Due to the large amount of bubbles generated when epoxy resin is injected under normal conditions, discharge occurs at the high voltage lead part. Then a metal component is used to fix the lead pen and evenly apply pressure, thereby eliminating the discharge phenomenon.

4. This series of product fuel tanks has a compact structure, novel appearance, and small volume and weight.

5. The iron core is a single frame core type, consisting of 0.30mm cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together and tightened with new special materials, replacing the traditional through core screw. The coil is a concentric cylindrical multi-layer tower structure.
