Nickel ion detector (water quality analysis) G40 nickel ion detector, developed based on method GB11910-89 "Determination of Nickel in Water Quality - Diketoxime spectrophotometric method", can quickly determine the concentration value of nickel ions in enterprise wastewater. It uses colorimetric method for measurement, cold light source, narrowband interference technology and microcomputer automatic data processing, and directly displays and prints the concentration value of the sample. The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch full-color LCD screen and a guided detection mode, which reduces learning costs and allows users to easily and quickly get started.

Detection Principle

Nickel ions are first oxidized to tetravalent in ammonia or alkaline solutions, and then react with color reagents to form complexes. The light source emits a light source signal to the sensor to measure the absorbance of nickel ions at a specific light source wavelength. The data is processed by an ARM processor and directly fed back to the sample concentration value, which is displayed in mg/L.

Adopting solid-state cold light source, stable optical performance, no need for light source preheating, and a light source lifespan of up to 10 years.
Equipped with the self-developed Glos water quality intelligent detection system.
The device adopts a guided detection mode, and users can easily complete water quality testing operations according to prompts.
It can be set to automatically print density results upon completion of detection, or select manual printing mode.
Batch testing mode is available without the need to repeatedly measure blank concentration values.
