1Mining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety electric ball valveProduct Introduction
It is an automated valve designed specifically for explosive gas environments such as coal mines. Its core features include intrinsic safety design, explosion-proof certification, and low-power structure.
Intrinsic safety design
By limiting parameters such as circuit voltage (≤ 12V DC) and current (≤ 100mA), it is ensured that the spark energy generated under normal or fault conditions is insufficient to ignite explosive gases, in accordance with GB 3836.4 standards (such as Ex ib I Mb). It needs to be used in conjunction with intrinsic safety barriers to further isolate non intrinsic safety circuits.
IIMining explosion-proof and intrinsic safety electric ball valveExplosion proof characteristics
Adopting explosion-proof shell (such as 304 stainless steel or solid aluminum) and dual explosion-proof structure, in compliance with BT4 level explosion-proof certification. The internal transmission system (such as worm gear) is made of alloy steel, with a tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring mechanical strength.
electric function
Supports DC12V/24V low-voltage power supply, torque range 10-200N · m, compatible with DN15-DN100 caliber valves. Provide switch control and analog adjustment functions with an accuracy of ± 1%, supporting communication protocols such as RS485 and CAN bus.
Material and sealing
The valve body is made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel (304/316L), and the inner wall is treated with anti-corrosion. The seal adopts PTFE, EPDM soft seal or hard alloy metal seal, suitable for high temperature, high pressure or corrosive media.
safety protection
Built in overload protection, short circuit protection, and fault self checking function, alarm through LED indicator light or communication interface. The actuator is equipped with a rain and dust resistant structure (IP65) to adapt to the humid environment underground.
This type of valve is widely used in automation control scenarios such as ventilation and drainage in coal mines, and can be linked with gas sensors and other equipment to reduce manual operation risks.
