The use of explosion-proof enclosures and sealed electrical components, combined with military grade casting technology for sealed chambers, can effectively isolate electrical sparks from contact with explosive gases, in compliance with GB3836.1-2010 and GB3836.2-2010 standards. ‌
IIMining electric integrated valveHydraulic Drive System
Equipped with aviation grade plunger pump and high-precision proportional directional valve, the gate can be quickly opened and closed (completed within 3 seconds of full stroke), and the fluctuation of opening and closing torque is controlled within ± 2% of the rated value. The hydraulic system has undergone deep cooling treatment at -40 ℃ and tempering quenching at 560 ℃, and its impact resistance is 2.3 times that of ordinary valves. ‌
