The working principle of a production type freeze-drying machine is to pre cool and freeze substances containing a large amount of moisture into solids, and then directly sublimate water vapor under vacuum conditions, while the substance itself remains in the ice shelf during freezing. Therefore, its volume remains unchanged after drying, and the porous structure absorbs heat during sublimation. Causing a decrease in the temperature of the product itself and slowing down the sublimation rate, in order to increase the sublimation rate and shorten the drying time, it is necessary to heat the product appropriately. The entire drying process is carried out at a lower temperature. Thus obtaining dry, environmentally friendly freeze-dried products.

1. The freeze-drying box and partition are strictly manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements, and the cylinder is made of 304 grade stainless steel material with mirror polished interior. The production process and requirements are higher than those of current domestic conventional food freeze-drying machine manufacturers
