2. Basic structure and working principle

The main working principle of the spiral pre cooler is to cool the water in the pool to a certain temperature (usually below 16 ℃ in the front section and below 4 ℃ in the back section) through a cooling medium (usually flake ice). The carcass of the broiler (duck) passes through the cold water for a certain period of time from the inlet to the outlet under the action of the spiral propeller, and the air blowing system can continuously roll the carcass of the broiler in the cold water to achieve uniform cooling effect; The separate chicken (duck) system makes the chicken (duck) more evenly distributed.
3. Usage method
According to the actual production needs, install the equipment horizontally on a sturdy ground and fix it firmly.
2. Connect the power supply (380V) and observe whether the drive motor rotates abnormally and the direction of rotation is correct (counterclockwise when viewed from the outlet), as well as whether the fan motor rotates correctly (whether it blows air).
After everything is normal, fill the pool with water and start the ice maker (or add cooling water directly). After the water in the pool cools to a certain temperature, it can be used. 4. During use, attention should be paid not to drop debris into the pre cooling machine to avoid mechanical failures such as jamming.
5. After work every day, drain and clean the water in the pool to ensure the normal use of the next shift.
6. The bearing seat should be lubricated with lithium based grease once a month, and the chain and sprocket should be lubricated with regular mechanical oil once a shift to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
