It is usually used in conjunction with immersion and scalding processes and mainly includes the following core components:

　　Hydraulic system:By driving hydraulic components such as rakes and wool rollers, automatic harvesting, dehairing, and discharging of livestock can be achieved, supporting continuous operations.

Hair roller/skin block: Designed with soft and hard scraper or rotating roller shaft, it removes hair through high-speed friction, with a hair removal rate of over 98%.

Temperature controlled scalding device: equipped with a stainless steel scalding tank and temperature sensor, precise control of water temperature (such as 60-65 ℃ for pig scalding), to avoid aging or incomplete hair removal.

2、 Main types and applicable scenarios

Hydraulic planer: suitable for large and medium-sized slaughterhouses, supporting one-time hair removal of whole pigs or sheep, with a processing time of about 30 seconds, compatible with halal slaughter needs.

Roller type wool remover: It uses multiple sets of rotating roller shafts to remove wool through friction, suitable for small and medium-sized livestock such as white striped sheep and meat sheep.

3、 Example of the workflow of a fully automatic hydraulic sheep hair removal machine (taking pigs as an example)

Soaking: After slaughtering the pig, it enters the temperature controlled soaking pool and is set to soak at 60-65 ℃ for 3 minutes to soften the hair follicles.

Picking up hair removal: The hydraulic rake transfers the pig body to the shaver, and the hair removal roller runs at high speed to complete the hair removal (about 15 seconds).

Cleaning and subsequent treatment: After depilation, the pig body is washed in a clean water tank and then transferred to processes such as cleaning and splitting.
