1. Support frame: The support frame is made of high-quality structural steel, pickled and rust removed, and sprayed with anti rust paint. The outer cover is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8. There are no cleaning dead corners or exposed threads on the structure, which meets GMP requirements. The rack structure is designed as an integral base structure, with good force conditions on the rotating body, a large force surface on the base, and uniform ground (floor) loads.


2. Rotary mixing system: The rotary mixing system is mainly driven by a low-speed high torque reduction motor through a coupling to rotate the rotary body at low speed, allowing the material to continuously diffuse, stack, slide, and shear in the mixing hopper, thereby completing the mixing operation. The mixed speed is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation, and the speed range is infinitely adjustable from 3 to 15 revolutions per minute.


3. The material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, layering, or accumulation phenomena. The weight ratios of each component can vary greatly, and the mixing rate can reach over 99.9%. It is currently an ideal product among various mixers.


4. The hopper of the hopper mixer can be matched with different specifications to meet the mixing needs of hoppers of different weights. The hopper adopts quick installation and disassembly, which is convenient and fast. The various parts of the hopper have rounded transitions and are precision polished to meet GMP requirements. 5. Install safety guardrails and automatic positioning functions. The guardrail lifting equipment will automatically stop working and sound an alarm. The mixing hopper will automatically position to the discharge position after completion, which can reduce manual operation and ensure safety.

7. The chassis is used for the installation and positioning of the entire machine, and is equipped with four wheels to achieve the movement of the equipment.
