Detailed description:

The K30 flat plate load tester is suitable for testing the foundation coefficients of coarse and fine soil, as well as compacted subgrade and base layers. It can also be used to calculate the deformation modulus of uniform foundation soil. Composed of loading system, bridge measurement, etc.

Structure of K30 Plate Load Tester:

1. Loading system: composed of load plate, jack, manual oil pump, high-pressure oil pipe, etc. The load diameter is 300mm, the thickness is 25mm, and the positioning line for placing the jack is engraved on it. The thrust of the jack is 6t, the stroke is 160mm, the lifting height of the lifting rod is 100mm, and the rated pressure of the manual oil pump is 30Mpa.

2. Bridge measurement: It consists of supports, crossbeams, and dial gauge brackets. The crossbeam can be raised and lowered along the support columns to adjust the height.

Installation method of K30 flat load tester:

1. Fix the crossbeam with support columns, preferably 250mm above the ground. The two supports should be flat, and the columns should be on the same straight line. The height of the crossbeam on the two supports should be the same.

2. Connect the oil pump, pressure gauge, high-pressure oil pipe, and jack.

3. Insert the two outer crossbeams into the inner crossbeam separately, and tighten the knobs when they are in place.

4. Place the entire height of the bridge beam on the support column, preferably 300mm above the ground.

5. Connect the pressure gauge and high-pressure oil pipe.
