2、 Structural principles and design features:
The film drying oven is a vertical structure with transparent glass and a thermometer on the top. The box is welded with thin steel plates and coated with hammer patterned paint on the outside. All other components have undergone electroplating and corrosion treatment. The whole machine consists of three parts: an electric fan, a fixed two-point temperature controller, and an electric heater.
1. Electric air supply fan: During operation, the upper air is sucked into the inlet of the air supply fan by the centrifugal fan impeller, and then discharged upward through the front and rear interlayers, flowing through the dried film and then sucked into the inlet of the air supply fan. This process continues to circulate to obtain a balanced heat source. At the same time, a large amount of moisture is discharged from the exhaust hole on the left side of the film drying oven.
2. Fixed two-point temperature controller:
The temperature controller is located on the front of the box, and its panel is equipped with three switches: a fan controlled electric heating switch, an auxiliary electric heating switch, and a temperature selection switch. A thermistor temperature sensing element is installed on the inner wall, which has the advantages of temperature sensitivity, low inertia, high accuracy, and stable performance.
3. Electric heater: Installed in the front and rear compartments, there are a total of 3 electric heating units, 2 for controlling electric heating and 1 for auxiliary electric heating, respectively controlled by the control electric heating switch and the auxiliary electric heating switch.
