2、 Working conditions of the sample:

Sample at temperaturePlace in an environment with a temperature of 23 ± 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 45% to 55% for at least 4 hours, and conduct the test in this environment.

3、 Structural principle:

By using a hemispherical punch to impact and pass through a thin film sample at a certain speed, the energy consumed by the punch is measured to evaluate the anti pendulum impact energy of the thin film sample.

5、 Installation, debugging, and operation instructions:

After unpacking the equipment, place the testing machine on a sturdy and appropriately high tabletop, find a level position on the left front of the tabletop, and soak it horizontally in the center of the tabletop. Adjust the alignment of the active and passive needles3J engraving line, select the sample clamp and punch according to the test requirements, place the sample flat into the clamp, clamp the sample, and there should be no wrinkles or excessive tension around the sample. The impact surfaces of the 10 samples should be consistent. Hang the pendulum rod onto the hook, quickly release the hook to allow the pendulum to impact the sample, record the reading, make 10 samples as described above, test the arithmetic mean of the 10 samples, write a test report, and complete all tests.
