EXH series high-temperature extensometer

SANDNER can provide extensometers for testing in environments with high temperatures up to 1200 ° C.

Used for tensile, compressive, fatigue (up to 80Hz), and fracture testing. You can also choose a 1800 ° high temperature rod.

This series of extensometers can also be used in conjunction with radiation furnaces and three sided heating high-temperature furnaces.

The measurement of data is carried out through two ceramic rods on an extensometer, with the ends of the two ceramic rods installed at a 90 ° angle onto the specimen. Ceramic rods can be repaired using specialized grinding discs. The extensometer is equipped with a special spring that allows it to connect to a high-temperature furnace or frame.

Therefore, there will be no measurement error. This spring comes with two rolling nuts, which can quickly and firmly install the ceramic rod onto the test sample. If the material of the tested sample is hard, the ceramic rod may slip or fall off. Therefore, we also provide a special pressing device to prevent it from slipping.

At the same time, the extensometer can also adjust the clamping center point and insulation protection function.



All measurement errors include full-scale hysteresis and nonlinear errors. Alternating loads can cause measurement errors, which have been corrected.We can customize extensometers with non-standard gauge lengths of 10mm/12mm and other gauge lengths.
