◆The pressure pipe P provides pressure oil for the testing equipment, with a working pressure of 21 MPa,The interface adopts DNV certified GS thrust ring flange system and GS37 ° expansion flange system. The return oil pipe R is a fatigue test equipment return oil pipeline, with a pressure resistance of 5MPa and a flow rate of less than 2m/s; The oil drain pipe D is used for controlling valve and actuator leakage in fatigue testing equipment, with a pressure resistance of 5MPa.
◆The pipe interface adopts Walform interface.
◆The valve block is made of forgings, and the surface is treated with nickel plating. Burrs are removed from the holes and rinsed to ensure cleanliness.
◆All components through which hydraulic oil flows in the hard pipe system are pre flushed, and the cleanliness of the flushing fluid is equal to or better than the relevant requirements of ISO4406, 16/13/9, NAS7 level, and<5 μ.

pipeline material:
Use cold drawn seamless carbon steel or stainless steel precision pipes (according to DIN 2391 standard).
All piping systems undergo pre-treatment before supply, and there is no need for on-site acid washing and phosphating during installation.
Before delivery and installation, both ends of the pipe should be sealed to ensure cleanliness inside the pipe.
Pipeline connectors:
The main body of the pipeline adopts a non welded connection technology.
According to the on-site requirements, connect the supporting pipelines and valve blocks.
For elbows and tees, flange and valve block connections are used.
After the pipeline connection is completed, a pressure test shall be conducted with a test pressure of approximately 1.5 times the working pressure.
