It is widely used in drying operations in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, and feed, and has been highly praised in practical use in various industries. We currently produce four types of products: atmospheric pressure batch, atmospheric pressure continuous, vacuum batch, and vacuum continuous. The materials used are A (carbon steel for outer packaging, stainless steel for contact material parts) and B (stainless steel for steam pipelines, outer packaging, and brackets added to A), and we can provide various auxiliary equipment to meet the drying needs of users for various materials.

Hollow spiral slurry vacuum dryerBy using a specially designed hollow spiral inside the device, the flow state of materials and their residence time inside the device can be controlled. The main components of the equipment include: spindle (hollow), spiral blades (hollow), wall surface (semi tubular), etc; The shell is W-shaped, and two hollow spiral shafts are generally arranged inside the shell; The shell has sealed end caps and upper caps to prevent material dust leakage and fully exert its function. According to the temperature requirements of the material, different media can be selected for heating, such as hot water, steam, and thermal oil. The heat transfer medium flows through the shell jacket and hollow spiral shaft through the rotary joint. The characteristics of heat transfer, cooling, and stirring of the equipment enable it to perform the following unit operations: drying (solvent recovery), heating (melting), cooling, and mixing. The material input can be fed continuously or in batches through a dedicated feeding device, and the residence time of the material can be controlled by operating the speed of the screw to achieve the final drying goal.
