2.Sealing and cutting machineMain switch usage instructions
（1） Schedule setting
The longer the time, the longer the excess part of the shrink film becomes, which is not aesthetically pleasing after shrinkage. The shrink film behind the packaging may experience relaxation.
noteIf the time is too short, it is also possible for the sealing knife to cut into the packaging, usually taking 0.1-0.5 seconds (but the time may vary depending on the thickness of the packaging).
（2） Counter
The packaging is switched by an electric eye switchWhen the sealing blade descends and then rebounds, the number on the counter will be displayed.*(To reset the digits on the counter to zero, press the "RESET" button in the upper right corner)
（3） Radio eye switch (installed on both sides of the conveyor belt)
When the packaging passes through the electric eye, the travel setter is activated, and the sealing and cutting knife descends to seal and cut.
（4） Select switch
When installing the film or debugging the machine, the manual position must be selected. At this time, the conveyor belt does not run and the electric eye is turned off. When selecting the automatic position for formal packaging, the conveyor belt will run and the electric eye will start. When the packaging touches the electric eye, the sealing and cutting knife will automatically descend. Please be careful not to touch the electric eye with your hands.
（5） Sealing and cutting temperature

4.Temperature adjustment of shrinking machine：
The power of PE shrinking machine is generally large, around 20-40KW, and the set temperature is also relatively high, usually around 180 ° -220 °. The setting varies according to the thickness of the material, the speed of conveying the product, the size of the air flow, and the temperature. If the product is not resistant to high temperature, low temperature can be used and thin shrink film can be used. If the shrink film thickness is increased, the temperature needs to be raised, and the power of the shrink machine also needs to be chosen to be larger. The speed of conveying products increases, and the temperature increases accordingly. Conversely, if the speed decreases, the air volume increases, and the temperature decreases accordingly. Conversely, if the speed decreases, the temperature increases. The power of POF and PVC shrinking machines is generally between 5-20KW, and the temperature is usually set at around 140- ° 160 ° C for adjustment, which is basically the same as that of PE shrinking machines.
