HL3-2A High Efficiency and Energy saving Mixed Flow Fan HTF (PYHL-14A) High Temperature Smoke Exhaust Mixed Flow Fan

The HL3-2A series low-noise and energy-saving mixed flow ventilation fan and the HTF (PYHL-14A) series high-temperature smoke exhaust low-noise and energy-saving mixed flow ventilation fan are a new type of fan between axial and centrifugal fans. They have the characteristics of high pressure of centrifugal fans, high flow rate of axial fans, high efficiency, good energy saving, low noise, and easy installation. This series of ventilation fans is designed with a compact structure, small size, light weight, and easy installation. Compared with old-fashioned centrifugal fans, it can save 20% of electricity. When the speed is less than 2000r/min, the noise is less than 75dB (A). When the fan is connected to the pipeline and installed in the air conditioning box, the noise is less than 70dB (A). It can replace medium and low-pressure centrifugal fans below 2000pa and is widely used for ventilation and dust removal in industrial and civil buildings. The PYHL-14A series fan is a derivative product of the HTF series. The inlet end of the fan is equipped with a collection muffler, which can operate normally for 1 hour at an ambient temperature of around 300 degrees Celsius. It can provide ventilation and smoke exhaust at high temperatures, and is suitable for fire protection facilities such as underground tunnels, underground commercial areas, and underground warehouses.

1、 Structural characteristics of the fan
Fans mainly have impellers. Composed of casing, imported current collector, flow guide plate, and motor components. The impeller is welded onto the hub using twisted clamping plates with meridian acceleration characteristics. After dynamic balance verification and overspeed test, it has good aerodynamic performance. The casing adopts a cylindrical shape and is connected as a whole with a silencer function fan. The outlet is equipped with liver deflectors, which have good airflow and stable pressure. The PYHL-14A fan is designed with secondary air intake, which is beneficial for reducing the ambient temperature of the motor.

2、 The purpose of the fan
The HL3-2A series mixed flow ventilation fan HTF (PYHLK-14A) series high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow ventilation fan is widely used for ventilation and fire high-temperature smoke exhaust in tunnels, underground garages, high-end civil buildings, metallurgy, factories, mines and other places. The gas temperature transported by the HL3-2A series fan shall not exceed 80 degrees Celsius, and the working temperature of the HTF (PYHL-14A) series fan is 300 degrees Celsius. Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained should not exceed 150mg/m3. Explosion proof mixed flow fans can be selected for special environments.

3、 Selection of fan performance
The performance of the fan can be checked on the performance table, which lists the performance within the highest efficiency range. It is divided into five characteristics according to flow rate, and the performance table should be followed when selecting. The qualified performance of the fan at the factory should not exceed+5% of the total pressure value at rated flow. The performance selection table refers to the performance under standard conditions. Regardless of the technical documents or order requirements, the performance shall be based on the standard condition. The standard condition is atmospheric pressure=101325pa, t=20 relative temperature=50% air state. When the actual usage conditions do not comply with the above, the calculation shall be made according to the relevant formula. The fan installation method can be divided into vertical and horizontal. If vertical installation is specified in the order, and there are special requirements for performance parameters such as flow rate and pressure installation size, the company will design and produce it separately for you. The flow rate of the HTF (PYHL-14A) series ventilation fan is a high-temperature air flow rate of 300 degrees Celsius, which is 5% higher than the usual flow rate of the HL3-2A series fan.
