One. overview

In industries such as power plants and textiles, various large axial flow fans are widely used, but there is a common problem of mismatched performance parameters, which leads to high power consumption and noise. In order to save energy consumption and reduce noise, our factory has cooperated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to develop the DFZ large air conditioning fan. After performance tests by multiple units, the operating effect is good, the noise is 10db (A) lower than the old model, energy saving is more than 20%, the fan efficiency is above 80%, and the efficiency curve is flat. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, low noise, stable operation, and long service life.

Two. Technical parameters of fan

　　 This type of fan has seven specifications ranging from 8-24 # and sixteen products. The air volume ranges from 25000 m3/h to 200000 m3/h, and the air pressure is 250-500pa. Users can choose according to the performance parameter table or curve chart.

Three. Selection of DFZ type fan

　　 Reasonable selection is the key to saving energy and reducing noise. If the selection is improper and the parameters are not matched, the fan will not work within the optimal operating range, resulting in a decrease in fan air volume, reduced operating efficiency, and increased noise level. Therefore, to ensure the service life of the product, users can refer to the performance curve for reasonable selection based on different usage conditions.

Five. DFZ type fan operation and maintenance

1. Before starting the fan, the first thing to check is whether there are any objects around the fan that hinder its rotation, and whether the installation angle of the blades is consistent;

2. Check whether the insulation performance of the motor is good, whether there is friction, collision, and whether the fastening screws of each part are loose. Contact the power supply and run for one hour before stopping to check if the motor is heating properly. Only after everything is normal can it be put into operation;

3. Monitor the electricity meter and motor for overload during operation. If not, immediately stop the machine for inspection;

4. After the fan has been running for years, lubricating oil should be added to the bearing box to extend the service life of the main shaft.

Six. Energy saving methods for fans

1. Minimize pipeline resistance as much as possible, and choose pipeline size and installation location reasonably;

2. Control the radial clearance value between the air duct and the top of the blades;

3. Reasonably select the fan model to achieve device matching and prevent the fan from operating in low efficiency areas;

4. It is necessary to match the installed capacity to avoid large horses pulling small cars;

5. Adopting stepless speed regulation device or dual speed motor.
