Vacuum capping machine generally refers to a device used for vacuum capping packaging of glass bottles with tinplate caps. The glass bottle mouth is spiral shaped, and the lid material is usually tinplate with an equal number of threads to the corresponding bottle mouth. According to different bottle mouth diameter standards, the lid is specified as three, four, or six threads, and is matched with the corresponding number of screw mouth glass bottles. As for why the vacuum capping machine is used for this type of glass bottle with a tinplate screw open lid packaging, it is required that the packaging container has sufficient rigidity to maintain vacuum, otherwise it will collapse. In addition, the lid must have sufficient sealant and be able to firmly fasten or screw with the bottle to maintain the vacuum inside the bottle for a long time. Apart from some special and rare forms, this is the most commonly used form in rigid canned packaging.
