4、 Measurement Control of ZYL-XPS2000 Nongfu Spring Mineral Water Production Line for 500ml/Bottled Purified Water Complete Water Production Equipment

Fixed channel parameters are used for filling, and filling time is controlled to achieve different measurements of filling.

The filling time of the pneumatic valve can be set to 0.01 seconds, which can control the measurement degree within ± 1% error range, reduce unnecessary material loss, and improve user economic benefits.

The measurement of each filling head can be adjusted separately to achieve consistency in filling measurement.

This machine is set with bottle feeding technology program, no bottles, and no filling if the counting is not accurate. Filling only starts when the number of bottles recorded by the counter matches the set number of bottles to be filled.

The filling amount can be initially adjusted to the desired filling amount, and then fine tuned to achieve the desired filling measurement accuracy.

The mineral water production line consists of the following three parts:
