Overview

The fully automatic oil filling line is mainly used for filling operations of edible oils and soy sauce. This machine combines filling and capping functions into one body, achieving automation throughout the entire process, suitable for drip free filling requirements such as polyester bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc.

Product Details

The oil filling line adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, and the bottle feeding chain is adjusted by a frequency converter, which cooperates with the host frequency converter to make the bottle feeding operation more stable and reliable. The operation status of each component is detected by photoelectric detection, so the degree of automation is high and the operation is simple. On this basis, the filling part of the machine can be changed to form a low vacuum filling method.

Suitable for both glass and PET bottles, filling materials such as oil and soy sauce. The sealing method can be optionally equipped with aluminum metal anti-theft caps and plastic caps.

4. It has an automatic lid dropping function. When the number of photoelectric detection lids on the lid channel is less than 100, the filling machine will automatically stop, avoiding waste of materials and cans due to lack of lids.
