When the grease enters the oil storage tank through the coarse filter from the oil pool, it is automatically heated by the steam heating coil to 60 ℃ -80 ℃ (adjusted according to the viscosity of the grease), and can be added. When adding, the grease passes through the gear pump, one-way valve, and fine filter before entering the flow meter. The amount of grease added is controlled by the flow meter through PLC programming (the amount of addition is set by the user as needed), and then enters the fuel injection pipe and sprayed into the mixer.

Scope of application:

Used for adding oil or other liquids to mixed feed in a mixer, suitable for batch mixers, not suitable for continuous mixers. The maximum addition amount of this machine usually does not exceed 3% of the mixer capacity, otherwise it will affect the granulation effect. If 3% -8% is to be added, the particles should be sprayed with grease after the granulator.
