The ZEK series high-temperature and high-pressure electrode reaction kettle is made of high-quality materials such as 316L, 310S, Hastelloy, etc. It is suitable for laboratory workbenches, with small size, easy operation, and powerful functions. The kettle body is processed and formed in one go by a large machining center. This reaction kettle is composed of flanges and uses 4, 6, 8, and 12 high-pressure bolts. There are several electrodes installed on the kettle cover. This counter electrode reactor is mainly used for laboratory research on electrochemical performance testing of sheet-like working electrode sheets, as well as high-temperature and high-pressure scientific research trials, microanalysis and quantitative synthesis.
2、 Product Features
Material of the kettle body: 316L stainless steel material is used, or other materials can be selected according to the specific requirements of the customer for the reactant medium.
Electrode: Electrode material and quantity can be installed according to requirements;
Inlet needle valve: gas inlet needle valve, interface 3mm card sleeve, reliable quality;
Exhaust needle valve: convenient for vacuum treatment and gas replacement of the system before the reaction, and used as a vent valve after the reaction is completed;
Stainless steel pressure gauge: real-time monitoring of the internal pressure of the kettle reaction;
