Overview

The working principle of the air-cooled cooling line for dried eggs and tofu: The material is transported through a mesh belt and flipped multiple times to achieve multi-faceted and uniform wind exposure. The high-pressure wind of the centrifugal fan is used to cool the food or dry the surface moisture. The air nozzle is shaped like a wind knife, effectively increasing the air pressure and blowing away or evaporating the moisture on the surface of the material in a short period of time, making it easy to store or process.

  Equipment structure and performance characteristics:
1. Frame body: The overall structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel, which meets the national food production safety standards;
2. Fan: A multi blade centrifugal fan with high air volume is used, and the distance between each fan is 1m. The air drying efficiency is high, and the height of the fan can be freely adjusted according to different products.
3. Stainless steel mesh cover: To prevent the product from being blown away during air drying due to being too light, perforated stainless steel mesh covers are added above the conveyor belt. The product will only flip inside and will not be blown out. The anti fly cover can be disassembled for easy cleaning.
4. Transmission system: mainly composed of transmission chain, transmission sprocket, bearing seat, driving shaft, driven shaft, and mesh belt. The mesh belt drives independent transmission through the driven shaft, and the mesh belt itself has no tension, which improves the service life of the mesh belt and facilitates disassembly and maintenance. The mesh belt is equipped with brushes to protect the edges and prevent the product from being squeezed or damaged. For products with too many dead corners, the mesh belt needs to be flipped multiple times to achieve better air drying effect; Each time the chain is flipped, it is driven independently to reduce chain tension and extend its service life.
5. Electric control system: The control system is integrated with the equipment, and there is a variable frequency reducer with adjustable speed inside. The reducer drives the transmission chain to operate, thereby driving the mesh belt to run.
6. The equipment is generally equipped with two types of mesh belts: stainless steel mesh chains and PP chain plates. Stainless steel mesh chains are mostly used for bagged products that are not afraid of falling or touching, while nylon chain plates are suitable for bulk and easily damaged products, providing cushioning during material dropping to prevent damage to the products.
