4、 Working principle
The working principle of this machine is that the high-temperature and high humidity grass blocks produced by the grass compactor enter the feeding hopper of the cooler, and under the back and forth swinging action of the hopper, they are evenly spread on the conveyor belt between the material flow plate and the material transfer plate I in the machine head. With the action of the material transfer plate I and the material transfer plate II, the grass blocks are evenly and horizontally spread on the conveyor belt.
The conveyor belt is installed on the driven shaft of the machine head and the main drive shaft of the machine tail. Driven by the variable frequency speed control motor reducer on the top of the machine tail, the conveyor belt moves horizontally at a slow speed from the machine head to the machine tail. The horizontal movement speed can be adjusted according to the actual production situation. During the movement, natural air passes vertically through the grass block material layer from directly below the conveyor belt, taking away the heat and moisture of the grass block material.
