1、 Characteristics

1. Multiple types and specifications, wide application range: The following types of fans can be selected according to the different requirements of air volume, air pressure, and noise in the usage scenario:

(a) Centrifugal roof ventilator: DWT-III type, suitable for situations with low air volume and high pressure requirements;

(b) Non motorized roof ventilation fan: code named DWT-IV type, suitable for steel structure roofs, is the preferred product for environmentally friendly fans in the new century.

2. The high-efficiency and low-noise fan system adopts advanced CAD series software and is developed through multi-objective optimization design. The 1200.1400.1500.1600.2000 and 2400mm fans in this series use the same diameter but different speeds and angles to change several quantities The method of wind pressure is used to meet the needs of different operating conditions, achieve fan system matching, and facilitate energy conservation and noise reduction;

3. Lightweight. High strength. Corrosion resistance; The fan impeller can be made of different materials according to the corrosiveness of the working air medium, including ABS (engineering plastic), FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), and aluminum alloy sheet. For centrifugal fans with high pressure requirements and high fan speeds, the impeller surface is specially galvanized and sprayed with plastic for corrosion resistance, which not only reduces the overall weight of the machine but also has good corrosion resistance;

4. Smooth operation and long lifespan; The rotational inertia of this fan is small, the dynamic balance accuracy is high, and the operation is smooth. The factory's internal control standards for various performance indicators are higher than the fan's unemployment standards, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the fan;

5. Wide range of applications: the fan can be manufactured into explosion-proof and flame-retardant types according to the use requirements, and is suitable for anti-aging, pumping flammable, explosive and corrosive gases;

6. Beautiful appearance: The hood components of this fan are made of fiberglass, and the exterior is made of imported rubber coating resin film. The curved surface transition is soft, beautiful and generous, and practical; Steel wind caps can also be made according to user requirements and treated with galvanized spray coating (PVC);

7. Usage conditions: The temperature of the medium should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius, excessive viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the dust content should be less than 100mg/m. For situations where the medium temperature is high, our factory has high-temperature fan technology that can provide products for use.

2、 Model Structure Description

1. Axial flow roof fans have diameters ranging from 300-2400mm and are available in seventeen different sizes, while centrifugal roof fans have nine sizes ranging from 300-1000mm. Other fan numbers can also be provided according to user needs;

2. The structure of various types of fans can refer to the assembly drawing, which consists of impellers, air ducts, air caps, transmission components, loose leaf air doors, bird nets, safety nets and other components; (The above configuration is made according to user requirements)

3. Fan transmission form: DWT-1 type fans with a diameter less than 2200mm are driven directly by motors, while fans with a diameter greater than 2200mm are driven by belts or reducers according to customer requirements. Loose leaf dampers are available in three types: gravity, electric, and manual.
