The slow tensile stress corrosion testing machine consists of a main unit, a measurement controller, a corrosion container and temperature control system, a computer system, etc.
Adopting a German imported controller, it can control a single testing machine and perform group inspection and control on multiple testing machines.
Purpose:
Mainly used for detecting and studying the mechanical properties of metal materials under the dual effects of extremely slow tensile stress and corrosive media environment.

Widely used in higher education institutions, research institutes, quality inspection, new material research and development, and other fields.

function:
1. The control system of the testing machine has force and deformation control modes, and can switch smoothly. The test force (or deformation) and loading speed can be set, and the load can be controlled to be added to the specimen at a certain rate. When the set value is reached, it will automatically remain constant, and it has a multi-stage testing machine control function of up to 12 segments.
2. The controller has an Ethernet interface, and the computer can form a distributed control system with the testing machine controller to achieve cluster control. The system has good maintainability. When the main control computer fails, the testing machine is not affected by the main control computer and can complete all functions of the test without losing test data. Equipped with a human-computer interaction interface, it can achieve independent control of a single unit. The controller also has a unique dynamic calibration function.
3. Deformation measurement canThe use of digital gratings for measurement ensures the accuracy and stability of long-term deformation measurement during testing. Under the measurement control systemThe deformation measurement sensor grating has the functions of repeated adjustment and accumulation, which can expand the range.
4. The upper computer software can record real-time load, temperature, and deformation data and curves, with data storage, organization, regression processing, extrapolation calculation, and drawing of experimental curves. The experimental data can be imported into an Excel document for processing. It has breakpoint recovery, automatic curve refreshing, and fault self diagnosis functions.
5. The safety protection functions of the testing machine include various fault alarms such as temperature over limit alarm, deformation over range alarm, and rod travel limit alarm. It also has functions such as sample fracture, test end, and wireless SMS alarm.
