COD rapid analyzer (water quality analysis) G20 COD rapid analyzer, based on method HJ/T 399-2007 "Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water Quality - Rapid Digestion spectrophotometric method", can quickly determine the concentration value of COD in enterprise wastewater. It uses colorimetric method for measurement, cold light source, narrowband interference technology and microcomputer automatic data processing, and directly displays and prints the concentration value of the sample. The device is equipped with a 4.3-inch full-color LCD screen and a guided detection mode, which reduces learning costs and allows users to easily and quickly get started.

Detection Principle

Add a known amount of potassium dichromate solution to the sample, in a strong sulfuric acid medium, using silver sulfate as a catalyst, and after high-temperature digestion, measure the absorbance of COD at a specific light source wavelength. Imported cold light sources emit light source signals to sensors, which are processed by ARM processors to directly provide feedback on sample concentration values, displayed in mg/L.

The determination of ammonia nitrogen follows the national environmental standard HJ/T 399-2007, and the results are accurate and effective.
